Diffractive Optics Product New diffractive optics product inventory (see this page bottom) Our diffractive optic products are mainly custom designed and fabricated. We also has some standard diffractive optics at our inventory. The normal diffractive optics fabrication process needs four (4) iterations to achieve 16 phase levels. Using our unique gray level mask technology we can create 16 to 64 phase levels diffractive optics with only one iteration. Our major diffractive optics products are: Diffractive Fresnel Lens ● Diffractive and refractive microlens arrays ● Computer generated holograms ● Beam shaping(see also beam shaping optics ) ● Axicon ● Ring lens ● Flat-Top profile ● Diffraction efficiency: 75% ~ 95% ● Phase Levels: 2, 4, 8, 16 ● Sub lens aperture: circular, square, hexagon, and ring shape ● Customized products ● Substrate Materials: Quartz, Silicon, SiO2, GaAs, ZnSe, Ge, Nickel, Plastic, Polymer... ● Working wavelength: 0.2um ~ 10 um ● Simulation, Modeling, Design and Technical Support Diffractive Micro Lens Array Diffractive microlens array can be used as image or focus function. Diffractive microlens array has some advantages like small size, high integration compared with traditional bulk optics element. The application of diffractive microlens array is for Shack-Hartmann wave front sensing, infrared focus plane detection, CCD array focus, laser diode array scanning, laser display and fiber optics coupling.

Special Functional Diffractive Optics Element To transfer a wavefront into another wavefront with different form, diffractive optical element can do this job. Diffractive optical element has many applications in optical interconnection, sensor, coupling, optoelectronic system and fiber communications.
