The OEBLS-300 and
OEBLS-300A SOA Broadband Light Sources are based on the Semiconductor
Optical Amplifier. The SOA light source provides wide bandwidth, good
stability and small ripple. It is the best performance light source so
far.
OEBLS-300 is the basic model with fixed-power output; OEBLS-300A has additional output power adjustment and power/current display functions. O/E Land Inc. makes SOA light sources at 1310nm and 1550nm band.
